Due to the long fermentation time, our Bio Münchner Handsalzstangl is soft and crunchy when it comes out of the oven. With Bavarian Bio rock salt and aromatic Bio-Cumin on the delicate crust, the rustic Münchner Handsalzstangl shows its character. Whether filled with Bavarian heart or solo on the go, the small hand-rolled Gaumenschmaus retains its Bavarian charm.
