Hymns of praise for the chestnut-colored, symmetrically wrapped pastry abound in Munich. But beware, the pretzel differs slightly from its Bavarian sister: its arms are as crispy as pretzel sticks, and the belly is particularly woolly and full. Looped by hand and with our own natural sourdough.
