A true Bavarian classic

To us, this wonderfully traditional, Bavarian bread smells like home: organic spices like fennel, aniseed, coriander, and caraway are what make this loaf genuinely magic. It consists of 20% organic wheat flour, 80% organic rye flour, and organic wholemeal rye natural sourdough. Baked at 270°C, it has a delicious, rustic crust.
