Munich’s first 100% transparent organic bakery opened its doors in April 2019.
In the meantime we have grown quite a bit and are now looking for you to strengthen our team in the heart of Maxvorstadt. Julius Brantner genuinely lives the passion for the craft and high quality of his products. If these priorities excite you, too, we hope you join us in our mission to give bread its true value back.

Your tasks

• Supporting Julius in his little bakery
• Processing the dough, round bread, work on the oven, beat hand rolls (generally, we work 100% with our hands)
• Communicating with our customers about our passion for high quality and organic ingredients

Job description

We work mostly during the day and in a bright, light-flooded bakery in the heart of Munich. We are a young company with a certain startup feeling and it is important to us that you integrate well into the team. You will also learn a lot about working with organic ingredients in a bakery where traditional craftsmanship is paramount. Of course, the payment is fair and agreed upon your years of experience, as well as the position.
It is important to us that you are interested in a long-term position.
