The master baker with Swabian roots who gave his name to Julius Brantner Brothandwerk has dreamed of this profession since he was a child. Growing up in a family of bakers, Julius Brantner single-mindedly pursued his dream. Still, while gaining international experience, he was often disillusioned: Too often, his tasks lacked creativity and high-quality raw materials and merely consisted of baking mixes and frozen products. So in 2019, he decided he wanted to do many things differently and opened his first organic bakery at Adalbertstrasse 25.
The mission of Julius Brantner Brothandwerk includes transparency in the preparation and fairness towards everyone involved. We hold great value for treating suppliers and partners with respect. The fact that we bake freshly until late afternoon distinguishes us from most industrial companies, as does the statement at the end of the sale: »Until the last loaf« represents our claim to operate sustainably and respectfully.
