From 8:30 am, first come, first served. Julius obtains the finest organic butter for his croissants from the Isigny region; The terroir's lush green, mineral-rich pastures ensure its melting texture. In addition, organic wheat flour, organic wheat sourdough, organic eggs, and organic hay milk form the basis for the dough, which is kneaded by hand and matures for at least 48 hours.
