This classic loaf has a long tradition in France. In addition to organic wheat flour, we use natural organic sourdough made from wheat, organic wheat pre-dough, organic yeast, and a generous amount of organic sour cream butter. The crumb on the palate resembles a fluffy brioche, finished with a golden bread crust.
