Here, the "red Tyrolean" organic original spelt is used, which could almost be considered to be a cultural asset: an ancient, very high-quality type of grain that has remained unchanged for thousands of years and therefore always remained in its pure form. Here it is combined with the natural, earthy organic potato, which is carefully blended into the dough and emphasises the full-bodied, nutty flavour of the organic original spelt. A juicy and soft crumb characterises our potato delicacy.
