Our organic grain ciabatta gets its unique crunch from organic sesame, organic oat flakes, organic flaxseed, and organic sunflower seeds. Its dough is made from organic wheat flour, organic rye flour, and natural organic sourdough seasoned with rock salt. Julius achieves the crisp crust by baking at a proud 275 degrees.
